SPR# JCHN4W7R2P - Created a new C API function - NSFDbGetMajMinVersion - which will return the version of Notes/Domino running on a machine at runtime. This is different from NSFDbGetBuildVersion in that it will allow the API developer more granularity as 5.07 can be distinguished from 5.07a for example.
